Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound leads via phone, text, email.
• Follow the company's lead-contact and follow-up process consistently.
• Build rapport with patients and decision-makers.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand needs and readiness for the next step.
• Confirm qualification criteria before scheduling a consultation.
• Explain the purpose and value of the consultation clearly.
• Create excitement around the next conversation without pressure.
• Encourage participation of spouses or caregivers in the consultation.
• Handle objections related to scheduling and timing using approved language.
• Ask for a firm date and time commitment.
• Prioritize same-day or next-day opportunities when available.
• Follow up with prospects who have not booked yet.
• Document interactions in GoHighLevel accurately.
• Maintain CRM records and resolve QA/AI exceptions.
• Communicate lead-quality insights to team leads.
• Participate in coaching and script training.
• Coordinate with teammates to preserve qualified opportunities.
