Job summary

Sound Ventures is hiring Sales Development Representatives in Austin, Texas. Candidates will undergo a 100-day paid Residency that includes free sales training and transitions to partner company employment with a total compensation of $55,000 - $80,000. This role is perfect for competing, motivated individuals who communicate well.

No prior sales experience is necessary, and strong coaching and mentorship are provided. Full-time scheduling and hybrid work are required for the Residency phase, which allows for experiential learning in B2B sales.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability during the 100-day program.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Experience in roles involving communication with people.

Responsibilities

• Participate in live sales training over Zoom.
• Work as a W-2 employee at a partner company during the Residency.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and qualifiy inbound leads.
