Job summary

BridgeTower Media is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help build pipelines and support a growing digital sales team. This remote role targets central or eastern time zones and offers a path to a Digital Sales Executive position through hands-on learning and structured training.

You will work with senior sales executives to set up meetings, conduct research, assist with proposals, and support clients while gradually taking on digital deals as you grow your skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in the B2B space, particularly selling to professional services sectors.
• Strong consultative sales acumen and ability to build relationships.
• Advertising or marketing experience is a plus; print and digital sales familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop a pipeline by researching target accounts and conducting thoughtful outreach to schedule qualified meetings.
• Join calls to support senior reps, document next steps, and learn the sales process.
• Assist with discovery prep, proposal development, and CRM data quality.
