Job summary

Tremendous is seeking a Sales Development Representative to secure meetings with top prospective companies and individuals. You will work with one paired Account Executive to generate meetings from their target list, driving Tremendous’ revenue growth and future success.

You’ll engage in outbound prospecting, collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success, and use tools to research accounts, craft messaging, and learn our technology to articulate our value proposition effectively.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of prior sales experience, ideally in outbound or SDR roles.
• Creative problem solving and ability to learn quickly.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with teammates.

Responsibilities

• Open new deals through outbound prospecting.
• Partner with Account Executives and Marketing to grow pipeline.
• Research accounts with LinkedIn and other tools to craft targeted messaging.
• Communicate Tremendous' value proposition and understand customer goals.
