Tremendous is seeking a Sales Development Representative to secure meetings with top prospects. You will partner with an Account Executive to generate pipeline from target accounts, using outbound prospecting and social selling to expand Tremendous’ brand.

You'll work remotely from anywhere in the Americas, with a base salary of $65,000–$70,000 plus commission, comprehensive benefits, unlimited PTO, and generous parental leave, all within a fast-growing, profitable company culture.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of prior sales experience, preferably outbound.
• Strong creative problem solving and independent work style.
• Collaborate across teams and exceed quota.
• Ambition and willingness to grow in a fast-growing company.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and bring in new deals through outbound prospecting.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Customer Success to build pipeline.
• Research accounts with Amplemarket, LinkedIn, and your network; craft targeted messaging.
• Learn Tremendous' technology and articulate its value to prospects.
