Job summary

InfluxData is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our EMEA Sales Team in a remote-first environment. You are a hunter at heart, любя crafting ways to secure interest from new prospects and converting early interest into qualified leads.

You will source and research accounts, perform high-volume outreach to senior contacts, and articulate how InfluxDB can impact DevOps, IoT, AI, and Data Science use cases. This role emphasizes grit, collaboration, and a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

1+ year of sales, recruiting, or equivalent consultative experience.
Fluency in French and English.
Top 10% performance in a professional role.
Technical aptitude to learn sales tools and complex products.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Resourceful problem-solving approach.
Experience using AI to improve processes.
Bonus: experience selling open source/SaaS.
Experience working in a remote or autonomous environment.
Demonstrated quota attainment / KPIs.
Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and AI platforms.
Business communication proficiency in German or French.

Responsibilities

Sourcing and researching new accounts to prospect for InfluxDB value.
Creating high-volume, high-quality outbound outreach to senior contacts to generate meetings.
Engaging with contacts via email, phone, social, and video.
Articulating how InfluxDB can drive value for new customers.
Nurturing prospects from interest to qualified leads.
