Darby Dental Supply, LLC. is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). This fully remote, entry-level sales position focuses on prospecting and opening new customer accounts for dental practices through outbound outreach.

No dental or healthcare experience is required. We provide industry and sales training and offer base salary plus commission with a Year 1 OTE of about $67,000. Remote work from home in supported states only.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 0-2 years of sales, customer service, or other customer-facing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional phone presence.

• Prospect and open new customer accounts through outbound calls, emails, and text outreach to practices not currently Darby customers.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers within dental practices.
• Qualify prospects and uncover business needs.
• Present Darby's products, services, and value proposition.
• Generate first orders and new customer accounts.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Demonstrate the ability to overcome sales objections and follow up persistently.
