Job summary

Clera is building an early-stage AI recruiting technology platform and seeking a proactive sales professional to connect startups with our recruiting services. You will initiate conversations with founders, qualify interest, and schedule meetings for the sales team. This is a client acquisition role rather than candidate recruiting.

You will leverage calls, email, and LinkedIn to engage prospects, handle objections, and move opportunities through the pipeline with AI-assisted tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume, customer-facing role.
• Comfort making calls and communicating across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to maintain a steady pace of outreach and follow through.
• Must be based in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Make frequent outbound calls to founders and hiring leaders, turning cold conversations into qualified meetings.
• Reach prospects through email and LinkedIn, use outreach sequences, and respond promptly to interested contacts.
• Follow up reliably, share requested information, handle common objections, and reconnect with prospects when timing is better.
• Use prospect lists and AI tools to work efficiently, focusing on conversations that drive meetings.
