The position emphasizes outbound outreach, lead qualification, and consistent pipeline generation, with remote work from a home office and a 9:00 am–6:00 pm CST schedule, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven outbound outreach experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outbound SDR activities: cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach.
• Qualify prospects and pass warm leads to the assigned in-house salesperson.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, lead tracking, and follow-up sequences.
