AltScore is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify, engage, and qualify potential customers across the LATAM and Americas regions. You will be the first point of contact, responsible for outreach, lead qualification, and setting up high-quality meetings for the sales team.

This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a proactive mindset to scale our customer base, with a remote-first culture and competitive USD compensation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Experience using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, outbound and inbound lead follow-up to identify opportunities.
• Reach out via email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate interest in AltScore solutions.
• Qualify leads by understanding business needs and fit for our products.
• Schedule high-value meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Maintain CRM records and collaborate with marketing to optimize outreach.
