Qualifications

• Full English proficiency is essential.
• 1-2 years technology staff augmentation sales experience or 1-3 years in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success.
• Experience selling to the US market is preferred.
• Experience in cold calling.
• Passion for talent-as-a-service and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture and prospecting.
• Search accounts, identify main points of contact, and generate interest.
• Prospect new deals and open market to Account Executives.
