TRAC Recruiting, Inc. is seeking a Sales Development Representative (REMOTE- US Based Only) for a full-time, direct-hire role with a software partner.

This position is remote but you must live near Dallas, TX or Jacksonville, FL and be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder. As an SDR, you will respond to inbound inquiries and proactively identify prospective customers, qualify leads, and schedule early meetings with Account Executives.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in sales development, inside sales, or a related role involving outbound prospecting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries from prospects via phone and email.
• Qualify leads by understanding business, challenges, and decision process.
• Schedule qualified meetings and provide background information to Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate lead activity records in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to improve lead quality.
