Job summary

BridgeTower Media is seeking an SDR to help build the sales pipeline and support the digital sales team from a remote US location. The role focuses on prospecting, research, and setting up meetings for senior reps while gradually taking on independent digital deals.

You will learn the sales process, BridgeTower digital products, CRM excellence, and order management through a structured training plan, with a clear path to becoming a Digital Sales Executive.

Qualifications

• Experience in the B2B space, particularly selling to professional services and organizations
• Strong consultative sales acumen with ability to build relationships
• Advertising or marketing experience a plus; print and digital sales experience beneficial

Responsibilities

• Research high-value target accounts and identify cross-sell opportunities
• Conduct outreach to create qualified meetings for senior digital sales reps
• Support discovery, proposals, and post-call summaries; assist with follow-ups
• Maintain CRM accuracy and coordinate internal resources to move proposals forward
• Shadow senior reps on calls, reviews, and negotiations to learn process
