Job summary

OnBoard is seeking an energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate demand for our board management platform. You will identify, engage and qualify leads, conduct outbound outreach, and partner with Marketing and Account Executives to move prospects through the pipeline.

This fully remote role operates primarily on EST hours, with a fast-paced, collaborative team environment and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 1+ years proven sales development or customer-facing experience.
• Experience using a CRM, preferably Salesforce.
• Ability to support clients in EST hours and US-based time zone.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage and qualify leads from multiple channels.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to nurture prospects into opportunities.
• Meet or exceed quotas for booked meetings and SALs.
• Track key metrics and performance using sales tools.
