Virtasant is seeking a commercially-minded Sales Development Specialist to build and execute its go-to-market strategy. The role centers on generating qualified meetings through outbound efforts while shaping campaigns across outbound, digital, events and partner channels.

You will blend sales development, campaign execution and modern GTM technology to generate a repeatable pipeline. The team values curiosity and AI-driven productivity in daily workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS and enterprise outbound prospecting.
• CRM experience and ability to maintain accurate pipeline.
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily workflow.
• Proven track record in GTM campaigns and outbound programs.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified meetings with enterprise prospects.
• Build and execute outbound email, LinkedIn and calling campaigns.
• Personalise outreach into strategic target accounts.
• Support ABM initiatives and follow up marketing campaigns.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline hygiene.
• Own campaigns from idea through to execution.
• Build target account lists and coordinate with Marketing.
• Support digital demand generation activities and reporting.
