Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in C#, Java, or Python.
• Proven track record on complex software projects with high-quality deliverables.
• Experience in both manual and automated testing.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and SDLC concepts.
• Proficiency in writing/executing test cases, scripts, and plans.
• Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD and version control systems.
• Understanding of performance testing tools.
• Experience with defect tracking tools.
• Knowledge of databases and SQL for data validation.
• Experience testing web apps, APIs, and services.
• Understanding of security testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and procedures to meet requirements.
• Develop test plans, schedules, and approaches.
• Write test cases and scripts and identify data for scenarios.
• Conduct test walkthroughs with stakeholders and managers.
• Perform tests and ensure defect-free operation of systems.
• Verify work products using defined methods and criteria.
• Document and communicate test results and issues.
• Support analysis of test results and issue resolution.
• Create daily test metrics and reporting.
• Perform additional IT systems engineering activities as needed.
• Apply technical principles to achieve objectives.
• Provide direction and mentorship to junior testers.
• Analyze business requirements and translate to test scenarios.
