Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our data team supporting the DHS OCIO. The role is remote and involves leading agile workflows across cross-functional teams, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring backlog quality.

The ideal candidate will translate business needs into technical requirements and support UAT planning. The position requires collaboration with developers, data engineers, product owners, and CX members, with hands-on Jira and Confluence guidance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Experience leading Agile teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
Experience with data analytics or BI platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain product backlogs, ensuring clarity and prioritization.
Lead requirements gathering, change management, and delivery.
Support project success with daily operational activities and process improvements.
Support UAT planning and execution to validate functionality.
Coordinate with data team roles to support solution design and execution.
Must obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance.
