Job summary

cFocus Software Incorporated seeks a Project Manager / Scrum Master to join our DHS program. The role is remote and requires a Public Trust Clearance.

You will lead Agile delivery across geospatial and enterprise IT initiatives, coaching teams, and coordinating multiple stakeholders. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project delivery, 3+ years as Scrum Master, and strong experience with Jira/Confluence in a federal context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor的 or Master’s degree in IT, CS, Geography or related field.
• Five+ years in project/program delivery, incl. Agile software, data, cloud, geospatial, or enterprise IT teams.
• At least three years as Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead for multiple teams.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, costs, resources, risks and stakeholder communications.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams; strong delivery metrics knowledge.
• Advanced experience with Jira and Confluence; familiarity with federal collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic support and guidance for large-scale geospatial data, applications, information sharing, and situational-awareness capabilities.
• Plan and manage work across scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, dependencies and risks from design through operations.
• Develop and implement governance for documenting and prioritizing DHS GMO goals and COP requirements.
• Prioritize requirements and allocate resources based on mission value, risk, cost, and schedule.
• Coordinate engineering, data, infrastructure, security, operations, and stakeholder activities.
• Manage delivery for Custom and COTS teams; coach on Agile practices and Scrum values.
