Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our data team supporting DHS OCIO. This remote role focuses on facilitating Agile ceremonies, maintaining backlogs, and driving requirements analysis with cross-functional teams.

You will help manage change, enable continuous delivery, and support UAT planning to ensure delivered functionality meets user needs. The position includes coordination across data professionals and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.)
• Own and maintain product backlogs, ensuring requirements are clear, prioritized, and actionable
• Lead requirements gathering and analysis, change management, and continuous delivery
• Support overall project success by engaging in daily operational activities and surfacing process improvement opportunities
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and execution to validate that delivered functionality meets user needs
• Contribute to monthly contractual deliverables as needed
• Coordinate with various data team roles and skillsets to support solution design and project execution
