Job summary

Credence is seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to enable high-performing, cross-functional teams delivering value through Scrum. You will guide teams in Jira workflows, optimize backlogs, and foster a collaborative, data-driven culture across AI/ML initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience, strong Jira proficiency, and comfort operating in a hybrid in-office/virtual environment. U.S. citizenship and DoD clearance eligibility are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile practitioner.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira: workflows, boards, dashboards, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile principles.
• Experience operating in a hybrid in‑office and virtual environment.
• U.S. Citizenship with eligibility for DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Coach teams on Agile principles and backlog hygiene.
• Remove impediments and manage dependencies, risks, blockers.
• Lead Jira workflows, issue types, and ticket lifecycle management.
• Support PI Planning and cross-team dependency management.
• Incorporate AI tooling into sprint workflows and velocity planning.
• Foster collaboration and psychological safety.
