Nimble Gravity is seeking a Scrum Master – AI Delivery to lead Agile ceremonies and empower delivery across AI initiatives. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and AI teams to keep priorities clear, manage milestones, risks, and dependencies, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- 6+ years in Scrum Master, Agile Delivery or similar.
- Experience with technical, data, AI, or software teams.
- Strong Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Solid project management: planning, risk, dependencies, stakeholder comms.
- Experience managing multiple projects/teams.
- Facilitation, communication, negotiation, problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile ceremonies across AI/tech delivery teams.
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, Data, and AI to align priorities.
- Own delivery planning, milestones, dependencies, risks.
- Identify and remove blockers, including data access and integrations.
- Track velocity, cycle time, unplanned work and improvements.
- Provide visibility into delivery timelines and status.
- Coach teams on Agile best practices.
- Support governance and executive reporting.
