Job summary

3PillarGlobal is seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Coach to guide teams through Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers, and drive high-velocity delivery of AI and software products.

You will coordinate agile rituals, mentor team members, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure adherence to Scrum principles while tracking KPIs and fostering continuous improvement. This role supports agile programs across our North America footprint.

• Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), with practical knowledge of agile frameworks and techniques, and a deep understanding of technical concepts and industry trends.




• Facilitation & Coaching: Proficiency in facilitating agile events and coaching teams toward collaborative and effective interactions; exhibits leadership qualities by guiding and mentoring junior team members.




• Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within an agile context, paired with excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities that simplify complex information for diverse audiences.




• Tooling: Experience with agile planning and development tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).




• Stakeholder & Conflict Management: Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders, build strong collaborative relationships, and skillfully resolve conflicts within teams and with stakeholders
