Job summary

Fulton Bank, N.A. is seeking a Scrum Master to guide an Agile team in a remote-capable, financially focused environment. You will organize Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and promote collaboration, with occasional on-site visits at Lancaster, PA.

You will work closely with product owners to plan iterations, track progress, and ensure delivery aligned to strategic objectives while fostering continuous improvement and strong cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Business Administration, Computer science, management information systems, Project Management, or a related field. (Required)
• 4 or more years prior experience in Information technology or Business Analysis related roles. (Required)
• 2 or more years in a Scrum Master role or acting in a scrum master capacity. (Required)
• 3 or more years related industry experience (Financial Institutions, etc.). (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Facilitates and timeboxes Scrum ceremonies and team events; ensures productive outcomes.
• Coaches team and stakeholders to understand Scrum, Kanban, XP, and business agility.
• Aligns with Product Management to drive delivery from the backlog.
• Removes impediments to achieve iteration goals.
• Communicates status and risks to team and stakeholders.
• Empowers teams with accountability in agile setting.
• Mediates conflicts and supports continuous improvement.
• Tracks team metrics and reports results.
• Collaborates with other Scrum Masters to improve agile practices.
