Job summary

Fulton Bank is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide an Agile/Scrum team, remove impediments, and promote collaboration. You will organize ceremonies, coach stakeholders, and align delivery with product strategy across multiple locations within the Fulton Bank footprint.

You will support an iteration-driven environment, monitor progress, and help the organization adopt Scrum, Kanban, and XP principles. Remote work is allowed with monthly onsite visits to Lancaster, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, Project Management, or related field.
• 4+ years in IT or Business Analysis related roles.
• 2+ years in a Scrum Master role or acting in a Scrum Master capacity.
• 3+ years related industry experience (Financial Institutions, etc.).
• CSM or PSM I certification required; A-CSM or PSM II preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates and timeboxes team events and Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Planning, Backlog Refinement, Retrospectives, ensuring productive outcomes.
• Coaches and guides developers, product owners, stakeholders, leadership, and the organization in Scrum, Kanban, and XP and business agility.
• Collaborates with Product Management to ensure product strategy drives delivery and backlog requirements are met.
• Supports the team in addressing impediments to improve likelihood of achieving iteration objectives.
• Communicates status, risks, and mitigation plans to all team members, stakeholders and leadership.
• Empowers teams with accountability and ownership in an Agile environment.
• Mediates conflicts, aids decision making, and fosters continuous improvement.
• Tracks and reports metrics at various levels; works with other Scrum Masters to enhance Agile practices.
• May contribute to other SDLC areas based on technical expertise and fosters learning opportunities.
