Job summary

Fulton Bank is seeking a qualified Scrum Master to guide an Agile/Scrum team, promote collaboration, and ensure adherence to Scrum principles. This full-time role can be remote within the Fulton Bank footprint (DC, DE, MD, NJ, PA, VA) with monthly onsite at Lancaster, PA.

The candidate will coach teams, coordinate with Product Management, manage risks, and drive delivery across iterations. A Bachelor's degree and 4+ years IT/BA experience are required; CSM/PSM I is required, with preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 4+ years IT or Business Analysis experience.
• 2+ years in a Scrum Master role.
• 3+ years in a financial institutions domain (preferred).
• CSM/PSM I certification required; A-CSM/PSM II preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates and timeboxes Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensures outcomes.
• Coaches teams on Scrum, Kanban and XP to improve agility.
• Collaborates with Product Management to align strategy with delivery.
• Removes impediments and tracks iteration progress.
• Communicates risks and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
• Leads cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
