Job summary

Fulton Bank is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to guide an Agile team and champion Scrum, Kanban, and XP practices. You will organize ceremonies, remove impediments, and collaborate with product owners to deliver iterative solutions within a banking context.

The role requires strong communication, SDLC knowledge, and proficiency with Azure DevOps and Jira. A minimum of 4 years in IT/BA and 2+ years in a Scrum Master role are expected, with preference for financial-institution experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, CS, MIS, or related field.
4+ years of IT or Business Analysis experience.
2+ years in a Scrum Master role or capacity.
3+ years experience in Financial Institutions (preferred).
CSM or PSM I certification required; A-CSM or PSM II preferred.

Responsibilities

Facilitates and timeboxes Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standup, Planning, Backlog Refinement, Retrospectives).
Coaches developers, product owners, stakeholders, and leadership on Scrum, Kanban, and XP to enable business agility.
Partners with Product Management to align product strategy with delivery and backlog priorities.
Helps remove impediments to support iterative progress and team objectives.
Communicates status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and leadership.
Empowers teams through accountability and ownership in an agile environment.
Mediates conflicts and supports continuous improvement.
Tracks team results and reports metrics across levels.
Collaborates with other Scrum Masters to enhance Agile practice across the organization.
