Job summary

White Hat Gaming is seeking a delivery-focused Scrum Master who can drive effective planning, proactively remove blockers, ensure the team consistently delivers on its commitments, and foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Head of Agile Delivery, this fully remote role partners with cross-functional teams to manage delivery flow, backlogs, risks and stakeholder expectations, while coaching teams to higher Agile maturity.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Strong team player with transparency and collaboration, ownership mindset.
• Passion for continuous improvement and delivering measurable impact.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, governance, and stakeholder expectations.
• Familiarity with change and release management processes in regulated industries.
• Comfortable in complex, ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Work across one or more cross-functional teams.
• Actively manage the delivery flow and ensure timely execution of roadmap items.
• Promote Agile values and drive process improvements.
• Identify and remove impediments to protect momentum.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage backlog and new requests.
• Drive value-led delivery through continuous improvement and an outcome-focused approach.
• Coach teams to improve Agile maturity and delivery performance.
• Design and implement processes to enhance the operating model.
• Help build a productive environment where ownership of the product rests with the team.
• Produce regular delivery reports for stakeholders.
• Capture, analyse, and report relevant metrics to support decisions.
