Job summary

LearnTastic is seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to guide Agile teams, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement in a remote environment. You will work closely with Product Owners, Engineering, and stakeholders to ensure effective planning, collaboration, transparency, and successful delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar roles, with strong hands-on Scrum and Kanban experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role.

Responsibilities

Serve as a servant leader and Agile coach, supporting teams in applying Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
Support Kanban teams with workflow management, prioritization, reviews, and continuous improvement.
Coach and mentor development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile practices and ways of working.
Help teams become self-organizing, accountable, collaborative, and high-performing.
Identify and remove impediments, blockers, risks, and dependencies impacting delivery.
Facilitate effective decision-making, collaboration, and conflict resolution.
Partner with Product Owners on backlog management, prioritization, refinement, and delivery planning.
Monitor team progress and performance using relevant Agile metrics such as velocity, cycle time, throughput, and predictability.
Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, Agile experiments, and process improvements.
Support product demonstrations, testing activities, and other delivery-related events.
Provide stakeholders with clear updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery performance.
Maintain accurate team and project information in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
