Soccer Shots DFW South is seeking a driven Scrum Master to lead agile delivery for our teams in a remote-capable role. You will empower teams, remove blockers, and keep projects moving with energy and purpose across the organization.

Ideal candidates bring proven Scrum Master experience, CS(M) certification preferred, and strong facilitation and communication skills to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a professional environment.
• CSM or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience with Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
• Servant-leadership mindset with ability to influence teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum best practices and principles
• Identify and remove impediments that block team progress and delivery
• Track and communicate sprint velocity, team metrics, and project health to stakeholders
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration
• Coordinate with product owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized product backlog
• Shield the team from external distractions to maintain focus and productivity
