Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably with a Fortune 500 company.
• Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance or Scrum Org required.
• 3+ years in scaled Agile approaches.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience in technology delivery.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily Scrum events and collaborate with product management.
• Maintain scrum board and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Lead team meetings and remove impediments.
