Job summary

Eide Bailly is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to enable Agile delivery across one or more workstreams. The role partners with Product Owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to drive predictable outcomes, manage risks, and foster continuous improvement.

This position requires independent contribution and strong adherence to OST delivery standards in a remote-friendly environment. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in Agile delivery, Scrum facilitation experience, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent years of professional experience).
• 4+ years of relevant experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Experience working on Scrum teams with facilitation, coordination, or delivery responsibilities.
• Exposure to cross-functional teams delivering technology or business initiatives preferred.
• Agile or Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe); SAFe/ART experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile values, principles, Scrum, and OST delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support backlog refinement and sprint readiness.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and impediments impacting delivery.
• Ensure alignment with OST delivery standards, governance, and organizational priorities.
• Monitor Agile metrics and enable data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify needs and communicate progress.
• Maintain delivery artifacts and documentation for transparency and auditability.
• Mentor junior team members and promote continuous improvement and accountability.
