Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a seasoned Agile Coach to lead Scrum and Kanban practices across engineering, product, quality, and operations teams. You will facilitate ceremonies, coach teams on Scrum values, and help remove blockers to improve flow and predictability.

The role emphasizes backlog readiness, cross‑team collaboration, and data‑driven improvements using delivery metrics. Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills are essential for advancing organizational Agile

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Agile metrics, and continuous improvement
• Facilitation of planning, daily scrum, reviews, retrospectives, and refinement
• Impediment, dependency, risk, and stakeholder management
• Experience with engineering, product, quality, and operations teams
• Hands‑on use of Agile lifecycle and reporting tools
• Scrum certification preferred; retail, healthcare, or digital experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure clear goals, commitments, and follow-through.
• Coach the team on Scrum values, flow, self‑management, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove impediments and coordinate cross‑team dependencies.
• Use delivery metrics to improve predictability, quality, and cycle time.
• Partner with Product Owners to support backlog readiness and outcome‑focused planning.
• Promote transparency through clear reporting of risks, progress, and decisions.
• Support release planning, retrospectives, and organizational Agile maturity.
