Job summary
Everforth ECS seeks a remote Scrum Master to support the DHS OCIO Web Content Management program. You will lead Agile ceremonies, maintain backlogs, and drive continuous delivery with data team collaboration.
The role requires US citizenship, ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance, and a Bachelor's degree. Experience with data analytics platforms and Jira/Confluence is essential for success.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship required and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience leading Agile teams across multiple projects.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into functional/technical requirements.
- Experience driving initiatives from concept through delivery.
- Familiarity with data analytics or BI platforms.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.).
- Own and maintain product backlogs with clear, prioritized requirements.
- Lead requirements gathering, change management, and continuous delivery.
- Support project success through daily operational activities and process improvements.
- Plan and execute user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Contribute to monthly contractual deliverables as needed.
- Coordinate with data team roles to support design and execution.
