Job summary

Everforth ECS seeks a Content Manager to support DHS OCIO's mission-essential Web Content Management program. The role focuses on accessible web content, Drupal-based workflows, and coordination across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This remote position supports public-facing DHS websites with a focus on quality, accessibility, and timely publishing. The ideal candidate will manage content updates, ensure compliance with Section 508 and WCAG, and collaborate across teams to deliver

Qualifications

Experience writing for web, researching, drafting, editing, and publishing content for public-facing or federal sites.
Strong experience with Drupal CMS workflows and governance of public content.
Experience with Microsoft platforms and collaboration tools.
Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements and WCAG.

Responsibilities

Support research, development, review, publication, testing, and maintenance of accessible web content.
Ensure updates are accurate, high quality, secure, and compliant with accessibility standards.
Support content updates across Drupal and collaboration platforms.
