Qualifications

• 3+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile software delivery.
• Experience coaching teams and facilitating ceremonies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
• Experience with remote/distributed environments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies to keep sessions focused.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove impediments affecting sprint delivery.
• Support productive team dynamics and transparent communication.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align priorities.
• Track progress and improve predictability.
