Job summary

Remote Genie is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to support agile delivery for multiple organizations in a fully remote role. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on agile principles, and help remove impediments to keep sprints on track.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
• Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM, etc.) is a plus.
