Human Made is seeking a Freelance Scrum Master to build self-organising teams that deliver high-quality work within sprints. You will coach teams in Scrum and Agile concepts, plan deliverables, and monitor performance while aligning with client priorities.

This remote role emphasizes asynchronous collaboration and strong English communication. Responsibilities include facilitating workshops, removing impediments, and reporting progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Scrum Master certification or equivalent experience.
• Experience applying scrum and agile principles with a data-driven mindset.
• Enterprise agency environment experience.
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution and continuous improvement skills.
• Proficiency in written and oral English; comfortable with technical terms.

Responsibilities

• Create self-organising, high-performing teams across sprints.
• Plan deliverables and monitor team performance.
• Coach teams on agile practices and scrum framework.
• Define project scope, estimates and resource needs with the team.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings; remove impediments.
