Job summary

Helprise is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to enable Agile teams in delivering high-quality products in a dynamic international setting. You will act as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator to implement Agile practices with a focus on continuous improvement and transparency.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of Scrum Master experience in multinational organizations, certification (PSM I required; PSM II preferred), and strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean with experience in scaled

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years as Scrum Master in international/global environments.
• PSM I required; PSM II or CSM/SAFe Scrum Master preferred.
• SAFe Agilist certification and practical experience in scaled Agile.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe.
• Experience with distributed, multicultural teams across locations/time zones.
• Ability to coach teams, facilitate workshops, and drive Agile adoption.
• Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily Scrums, Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement).
• Serve as servant leader and coach to Agile teams delivering high-quality solutions.
• Remove impediments and address risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Promote Agile values and best practices across teams and stakeholders.
• Support Product Owners in backlog management and planning.
• Foster collaboration, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership in an international context.
• Support Agile transformation initiatives and maturity across the organization.
• Monitor and improve team effectiveness using Agile metrics and feedback.
• Operate with distributed teams across multiple locations/time zones.
