Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation is seeking a results-oriented Scrum Master to enable remote US delivery teams. You will coach teams on Scrum, facilitate ceremonies, and remove impediments to foster high-performance delivery.

As a servant leader, you will own agile health metrics, partner with PDLs/DMs, and drive continuous improvement across sprints, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

2+ years of Scrum Master or agile facilitation experience.
CSM or equivalent certification.
Experience coaching teams on Scrum and agile values.
Proficient with Jira/Confluence or equivalent tools.
Strong facilitation and communication skills.
Experience guiding 1-2 mid-complexity teams through full sprint cycles.

Responsibilities

Own and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (standups, planning, reviews, retrospectives).
Design formats for ceremonies based on team maturity.
Remove impediments and escalate blockers when needed.
Coach teams on agile values and Scrum practices.
Maintain team health metrics and delivery dashboards.
Collaborate with PDLs and DMs on backlog readiness and cross-team dependencies.
Communicate progress to stakeholders and ensure alignment with Delivery Managers.
