Job summary

PAR Technology is seeking a Scrum Master to empower one or more delivery teams in a remote US setting. You will own the full Scrum ceremony lifecycle, coach the team on agile values, and proactively remove impediments while fostering a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of Scrum Master experience, a CSM or equivalent certification, and strong facilitation skills with Jira/Confluence.

Qualifications

2+ years of Scrum Master or agile facilitation experience with delivery teams.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
Demonstrated ability to coach teams on Scrum principles and agile values.
Experience independently facilitating retrospectives, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and daily standups.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent agile tools.

Responsibilities

Own and independently facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (standups, planning, reviews, retrospectives).
Coach the team on Scrum values and agile practices, adapting to team maturity.
Proactively remove impediments and manage dependencies across teams and partners.
Own team health metrics and transparency through dashboards and reports.
Communicate progress and risks to Delivery Managers and stakeholders, enabling alignment.
