HealthChannels seeks a Remote Implementation Scribe Trainer to deliver high-quality training for new scribe trainees across established, service recovery, and implementation sites. You will monitor trainee performance, coach for improvement, and ensure quality documentation and compliant workflow.

The role emphasizes remote classroom, preclinical, and floor training, with opportunities to create training materials and assist with recruitment as needed.

Qualifications

• Typing speed of 40+ WPM preferred.
• Strong knowledge of provider documentation and medical workflow.
• Excellent teaching and presentation skills with ability to engage diverse learners.
• Able to adapt to multiple site requirements and schedules.
• Proficient with computers and curriculum planning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote scribe training across sites.
• Conduct remote Classroom Training, Preclinical Bridge Training, and Floor Training.
• Create training materials and resources to train employees efficiently.
• Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback to ensure quality documentation.
• Ensure each trainee’s chart is accurate before forwarding to provider for review and signature.
• Communicate trainee progress to management and proactively identify underperforming trainees.
• Assist with remote recruiting and hiring as needed to support the market.
• Perform administrative tasks and attend manager calls.
• Adhere to privacy laws and company policies during training.
