Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in physics, chemistry, or equivalent experience.
• Five years’ experience as an elementary or secondary teacher in content-specific area.
• Knowledge of content area and educational trends.
• Experience with large-scale educational measurement preferred.
• AI-supported content development experience or readiness to leverage AI.
• Familiarity with prompting and evaluating AI-generated content for education.
• Proficiency with basic software tools and technology.
• Willingness to learn about evolving AI technologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexibly with varied audiences.
• Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review content-specific test items across grade levels.
• Help develop item, passage, and test specifications and blueprints.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to support content and assessment quality.
• Collaborate to integrate AI assets in assessment workflows.
• Help select, train, and manage item writers and educators.
• Support customer meetings with content assessment expertise.
• Support test construction and review of test forms.
• Consult with customers in planning and review meetings.
• Coordinate with test development managers and psychometricians.
• Stay current with emerging technologies relevant to educational content creation.
• Travel may be required.
