Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relative field of study and seven years of experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience supporting K-12 school operations and data compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with partner districts and state education stakeholders.
• Oversee and maintain student records and data in K12 and third-party databases.
• Ensure reporting requirements are met at local, state, and federal levels.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure audit readiness.
• Support recruitment planning and school events.
• Supervise office staff and assign daily work to Enrollment and Registration teams.
