Job summary

Georgia Cyber Academy seeks an Elementary Grades Band Administrator of Operations & Compliance to oversee school operations and compliance tasks. The role reports to the principal and collaborates with the assistant principal to ensure smooth daily functioning and alignment with district standards.

The position offers a blended schedule (1 day in-office, 4 days remote) from 8am to 4pm, requiring strong analytics, curriculum alignment, and stakeholder communication to support student

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Statistics & Analysis or related field.
• Three (3) years of leadership experience.
• Three (3) years of virtual teaching experience with Meets/Exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with overall school management and operations.
• Coordinate educational and administrative activities with supervision.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal laws and district standards.
• Support discipline systems and school-wide policies.
• Collaborate with principal/director and other leaders on daily duties.
