Job summary

Georgia Cyber Academy seeks a Data, Operations, & Compliance Assistant Principal to support school management in a primarily remote setting. The role partners with the principal to oversee curriculum, instruction, and compliance while ensuring effective operations for 3000+ students.

You will lead teacher evaluations, coordinate staffing, attend ARB meetings, and help implement the student achievement plan, along with discipline, supply management, and hiring processes.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Minimum three years of leadership experience in an educational setting.
• Minimum three years of virtual teaching experience with Meets/Exceeds performance.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Assist with overall school management.
• Direct and coordinate educational and administrative activities.
• Supervise staff/teachers; interview and hire.
• Attend ARB meetings and act as point of contact for processes.
• Establish a school-wide discipline system and oversee student attendance.
