Job summary

Florida Cyber Charter Academy (FLCCA) seeks a School Operations Manager to oversee the integrity of student data, reporting, and school policies while coordinating with districts and families. This is a virtual, full-time role with a heavy emphasis on compliance and data accuracy across K12 and partner databases.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience with MS365, and willingness to travel up to 20% for school events and district meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relative field is required and seven (7) years of relevant professional experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to clear required background check

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with partner districts, state, and other education stakeholders
• Oversee and maintain student records and data; create/implement/document processes that ensure student data validity in K12 and 3rd party databases
• Act as point-of-contact and manage reporting issues including local, K12, state, and federal reporting requirements
• Work with administrative staff to ensure the school follows and meets all audit requirements
• Manage the development of school policies and procedures; assist with national policy and curriculum initiatives
• Assist in student recruitment and planning of school events
• Oversee communication between the Company, students, families, and districts related to enrollments, registrations, withdrawals and end-of-year reclamation
• Supervise and manage office staff; assign daily work and monitor Enrollment and Registration team progress toward goals
