Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or field related is required.
• Two years of data analyst experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze local, state, and national assessment data related to student performance and school improvement, focused on at-risk students.
• Develop and maintain historical student and school data files to monitor and track performance.
• Interpret and review assessment data with administrators and teachers.
• Compile data from multiple assessments to develop student, subject, grade-level, or school achievement profiles.
• Train staff in the use of data to improve instruction and target academic achievement gaps.
• Ensure the validity of all data presented to staff and stakeholders.
• Attend training sessions/conferences related to data responsibilities to inform school improvement initiatives.
