Job summary

Torrens University Australia seeks a Future Student Advisor – Schools to represent the university across North Queensland schools, expos, and information sessions. This remote-based role focuses on building relationships, generating leads, and guiding prospective students toward enrolment.

You will drive student engagement, nurture school partnerships, and collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to ensure a seamless student journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, student recruitment or target-driven roles.
• Confidence building relationships with schools, students and families.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences.
• Proactive lead generation and follow-up with conversion targets.
• Excellent organisation and time management for remote work.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and proficient Word/Excel skills.
• Attention to detail in maintaining student records and admissions processes.
• Resilience and initiative to help students achieve education goals.

Responsibilities

• Represent Torrens University Australia across schools, expos, information sessions and student activities.
• Develop and strengthen school relationships and identify recruitment opportunities.
• Generate prospective student leads and support enrolment outcomes.
• Manage territory, pipeline and activity in Salesforce with timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Enrolments, Marketing and Student Recruitment teams.
