• Focuses students and families on college and career readiness; conducts quarterly caseload reviews.
• Delivers classroom instruction based on student success standards.
• Reviews transcripts and other academic documents.
• Develops four-year graduation plans with staff; audits student schedules.
• Provides short-term counseling and referrals for long-term support.
• Supports testing programs, parent education, and staff development.
• May advocate for students at IEP meetings and other student-focused meetings.
• Travels up to 20% for face-to-face professional development or school needs.
