Stride, Inc. is seeking a dedicated School Counselor for K12 Private Academy, a virtual role serving students across the United States.

The counselor will guide postsecondary planning, academic achievement strategies, and social-emotional development within a data-driven model. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and three years of counseling experience, with a preference for a state School Counselor License.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Three years of experience in counseling and/or advisement.
• School Counselor License preferred.
• Ability to clear required background check.

Responsabilidades

• Help students plan postsecondary options (education/military/workforce).
• Review transcripts and academic documentation.
• Develop graduation plans and four-year schedules.
• Provide short-term counseling and referrals for long-term support.
• Support testing programs, parent education, and staff development.
• Travel up to 20% for professional development and testing as needed.
